Meet Our Team
CFO & Client Services
Emma Ho
Kind, detail-oriented, and fun-loving, Emma is a licensed insurance agent that holds the title of Client Services & Office Manager within Grady Group Insurance and Financial Services. She primarily focuses on staff training, event supervision, data tracking, mailer approval, as well as assisting with any client needs in relation to their accounts.
Emma enjoys getting to meet and speak with new people from all walks of life, an opportunity this field regularly provides. She has a bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, specializing in Mixed Media paintings. As such, Emma is a well-rounded artist, both in her personal and professional work life. When not doing work for us, she can be found creating and spending time with her three canine companions.
She’s made Kyle, TX her home, and has recently married to her college sweetheart.
Transfer Department Director
Jamie Pasternak
Jamie Pasternak, AKA Cousin Jamie is the Transfer Department Director for the Grady Group of Greater Texas. Jamie is blessed and fortunate to be able to work remotely and lives with her fiancé and step-son an hour outside of Little Rock, AR. A fun fact is that she lives on a 2,200-acre working pine tree farm. She has two dogs, one beagle named Memphis Raine and a Rottweiler/Bassett Hound name Meela Jane.
Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, a Master’s in Education and Multicultural Studies, and an Education Specialist degree in building-level administration and principalship. With 15 years of experience teaching high school in Little Rock, Arkansas, she decided it was time for a new challenge; bringing her passion for people and teaching/learning to the Grady Group.
At the core of her work is a commitment to building meaningful relationships and developing a loving rapport with each one of our Grady Group clients. Jamie, affectionately known as "cousin Jamie" believes that every client gains a new best friend they didn’t even know they were signing up for, creating an environment of trust and support that enhances the overall experience for the client.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her fiancé, Gerone, whether it’s hunting, traveling, or cheering on her step-son during basketball games. Together, they enjoy exploring the U.S. and have an adventurous bucket list of destinations they’re excited to visit. Jamie is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of each and every client and looks forward to supporting their safe money strategies with enthusiasm and care.
Data & Administrative Support
Jill Lira
Jill was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. She resides close to the Blue Arts District, maintaining a nearby distance to family. In 2025, she became a licensed insurance agent and is excited to be a part of the Grady Group family. In the office, she assists with client events, data management, and administrative support. With a background in office administration, accounting, and legal services, Jill brings a well-rounded, detail-oriented approach to her work. She is dedicated to ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and her team.
Outside of work, she enjoys salsa dancing, exploring local farmers markets, and walking her dog along the riverwalk. She’s always up for meeting new people and enjoying good vibes. When not taking in the pleasure of fresh air, you can find her relaxing alongside Shorty, her furry companion who has a striking resemblance to Toto from the Wizard of Oz.

Grace Rutherford
Joyful and always up for an adventure, Grace values integrity, kindness, and always going the extra mile for friends and family. With experience in various fields like wedding and event planning, she is well equipped to begin planning our retirement seminar dinners and client events moving forward. Having known Grace since she was 4 years old, Joel and Emma consider her family; they are confident that she will be a great addition to the Grady Group, serving the community in San Antonio.
She is excited to meet all our existing clients, cultivating new and personable relationships throughout the coming years. When she’s not at work or spending time visiting with family, she enjoys the thrill of hiking and the tranquility of camping alongside her yellow Labrador while visiting a variety of National Parks across the US. She also loves diving into the pages of well written works; she still hasn’t found a book she didn’t like.
